So… planning for our annual Oktoberfest extravaganza in Big Bear is already underway. A big thank you goes out to Kevin and Kristina for putting this together every year!
This celebration became an official event for our crew in October of 2004. The original crew consisted of Paula & I, Kevin & Kristina, Greg & Vicki, Gene & Dina, and Chad & Melinda.

Thursday, June 29 - Land at O’Hare at 10p, get picked up by Pat, head over to Kartik’s place on the north side of Chicago, go downstairs to chat over a few drinks at Hamilton’s.
Friday, June 30 - Help Kartik, Samp, and Chris (Kartik and Samp’s roomate) move into their apartment in Wrigleyville, actually get online to finish up some things for a big project at work, eat some good Thai food at Cozy’s, go out to Red Ivy with Kartik and Ali, meet up with Pat at SoPo’s, finish off with a giant pizza at Bacci’s.
Welcome to our website! We are cK and Paula - obviously. We are originally from the Chicagoland area and met at Northern Illinois University. We have been together for over five years and are currently living happily in Orange County, California with our two pups, Stryker and Beckham! You can read more about us on our About page.
